There were holes missing that we had to drill pilot holes for. The instructions for the drawers were not correct. The drawers still dont line up correctly. Drawers do not fit larger size shoes.

While the finished product looks great it took 6 hours plus additional hardware to put this unit together. The camlocks are of poor quality and do not lock due to missaligned pins (hole for pins are pre-drilled so definitely a manufacturing issue there). Would not purchase this again.

Hundreds of pieces to build. 16 pages of instructions. Not all parts are correct or labeled, or labeled correctly. Many of the predrilled holes are crooked. The hardware is so cheap, all three of my Phillips screwdrivers don't fit and the metal strips out very easily on the screws. Had to use a f...

Terrible quality. The instructions were incorrect, there were parts missing, and they were even holes that were not pre-drilled like they should've been. The quality of this piece I would not recommend at all.
