I've got 2 of these plus a slightly earlier version originally purchased to use for PXE booting Windows laptops, tablets and PCs. Don't seem to have any issue in Windows 10, windows updates you can bet are likely to mess many things up and I even seen it mess up Graphics cards, network cards etc....

I bought this a few years back and needed one for a MacBook pro (2022 model with only usb-c ports) had use another usb-c to adapter to plug this Ethernet adapter in. Followed the steps offered with this product and it works, full gigabit speed. Great.
