I purchased three of these and ended up returning. The micro USB charger was faulty on all of them..and I was unable to contact the company for support without having to wait for up 48 hours for a response. Don't waste your money on something that should last more than 5 hours and can't be charged

Easy to use, vibrant videos and pictures. Feels like it's quality made. Outlasted two expensive popular named tablets. No lags when playing video games or watching Youtube videos. Can't believe it's this inexpensive, but doesn't look or feel like it. And my child can use it as a MP3 player.
