Removable spout part cracked, and now the whole thing is useless. I'd buy a replacement if that were an option a# everything else is great.

Sometimes I try to screw it open and the whole lid comes undone, a bit annoying. Looks very pretty though

I love my stainless water bottle as it keeps my water cold for hours. Drink spout needs replacing found a part was missing after I washed it by hand. Don't have a dish washer. Where can I buy a new spout? This is my favorite water jug! Hope you can help!
