This hoodie is warm, light and soft. It is not heavy and did not make me feel overheated. I am 5'8" tall and ordered the Large. It fit true to size but the sleeves are a bit long on me. While the L fits well I probably should have gone with an XL as I like my hoodies a bit on the baggy side.
