I admit the fan is somewhat loud, but it is constant so doesn't really bother me. I like it, and the price is right! I am not sure how much more you would get with a more expensive one

Okay so I bought two of these units and they were both defective. But, the reason I gave this 5 stars was because of Loftys excellent customer service. They sent out two perfectly working new replacement units which arrived in less than a week. Very good people.

I scored this great fireplace on a Rollback or Clearance. I love it, works great! Even if I had paid full price I would have loved it. Great addition to our rec room.
