SKIL 7292-02 2.0 Amp Corded Electric 1/4'' Sheet Sander with Pressure Control

The sand paper and template for punching holes, not sure about its use. I just cut my own paper, and clipped it into place. Worked fine. Didn't use filter, sanding outside.

The 1/4 Sheet Palm Sander is wonderful for both my wife and myself. It is very easy to use. The the beginner, it may take a little time to get used trying to add sandpaper to the unit. Today I went out bought a Skil Octo sander so we can use it in the tight spot.

Like that it catches some of the dust which my old SKIL sander did not have. Do not like the wire clips which hold the sand paper. The spring loaded metal clips on my old sander worked much better. Could not get the sand paper that came with this unit to be held with the wire clips until I trim o...

Nice light touch; the pressure control feature is great. Seems like the filter should catch more but wasn't breathing in much dust. Would also like the sheet holders to be a little more substantial to better hold onto generic sheets that are a bit shorter than Skil sheets. But overall, I like it.

Works well. A bit tricky to load sandpaper. Weird higher pitched sound when not sanding. For some reason it's aways trying to go around clockwise.
