    Sure, Corinne Maier has a point in that the power balance between company and employees has tilted towards the company, and her book is meant as a provocation, not as a scientific breakthrough.     This book is really not that good. The author makes half-interesting points then flits away from them with no real analysis or investigation. It's Chicken Soup for the Marxist.

    This book reads like it is written, by someone from the top. It is very funny but not always applicable to the average worker. The philosophy of management being exposed was good to understand. I work in I.T. and can relate to a lot.
