This book is a solidly Christian therapy book. It's point is that saying yes, whole heartly to the world can make us a better and happier person. It is detailed and has fun and helpful examples. There are thought provoking questions at the end of every chapter that will help you exaim your life.

I love the idea of this book. However, I have started it more than a few times, to just put it back down. It seems like more of a book to be used in a study group than for individual reading.

No doubt this book will help many people, but it was not what I had hoped. First, I do not have a problem with saying "No" - my problem is more in finding the "Yes". Since the book was titled "The Sacred Yes" (a title I don't really like) I thought it would focus on "yes"; but two thirds of the b...
