Back in Lockdhub, Hamish is in good form as he resolves who murdered the much disliked dustman and left him in a bin. Good mystery for this series which results in very unhappy endings for all the guilty parties.

When Lochdubh's obnoxious dustman ends up in a rubbish bin himself, no one is particularly surprised or unhappy, including the harassed wife and children. Has surely one of the most improbable episodes in stopping a fleeing criminal I've ever read, but it was the usual joy to read. Hamish forever!
