This pan is nonstick with or without oil prep. I purchased a second pan as the first pan purchased several months ago continues to have a good nonstick surface.

The pan is very easy to clean. The pan is a good size I was able to cook all my bacon at once. The handle is brighter than the bottom. The non stick works very well
