I bought 2 boxes to replace my inner tubes that were punctured by multiple thorns/pokers and a staple. Installation of these inner bike tubes is the same as a non-slime tube. Hopefully when I bike over things that may puncture my outer tire, the inner tube will be safe. No issues at this time.
