I have not used all of the functions of this appliance yet. In the included recipe booklet it says you can make soup, rice paste and grind nuts without making milk and I have not tried those yet. It does make excellent soymilk and almond milk, and so easily! One thing- clean out the milk screen ...

I love making tofu, but my joints can't handle squeezing the okara anymore. This little beauty makes soy milk quickly and allows me to make a batch of tofu in less time, with less mess AND without having to kill my hands. Cleaning isn't an issue, just do it right after use.
