This picture frame was exactly what I was looking for and the quality is good but what I would expect for it's inexpensive price, you have two options with it: (table top or hang it) the backing secures nicely and it is lightweight. I am very satisfied with this product.

Really like the way the black tabs slide in place to hold the photos and back in place. Upgrade from the old-fashioned thin metal tabs that you used to have to bend up and down. circled in my photo is also vertical and horizontal hook to hang photo frame either way.
