I received a copy of this ebook from LibraryThing. It includes a good variety of gluen free recipes for slow cookers - great for busy moms or working singles that would like a hot meal at the end of a long day. I have tried a few of the recipes, and they are good!

I found the cookbook easy to follow. The recipes were very easy to make and tasted good. Worth giving a try especially if you are trying to go gluten-free.
