Works great! I followed all the directions to begin with so it took awhile to soak the charcoal filter and run water through. But I appreciated the directions and I have thoroughly enjoyed every single carafe of coffee I make.

Finally hot coffee yay! And it stays hot This is a very nice looking coffee Machine The only this is it is very hard getting the very last cup of coffee out because of the Design of the inside but I'll take that over a hot cup of coffee until it's all gone

This is a great coffee maker. We had the same model for almost 9 years, always made great coffee. The hard water we have forced us to replace it. I was glad to find the same model still being produced.

I find this coffeemaker with its thermal carafe is wonderful. The thermos keeps coffee hot enough to drink for hours without getting cool or harsh tasting. I did not give it a 5 because the bubbletop vent on the cover came off the first week of use and I sent a letter asking them to replace it...
