This Baker's mini sheet is the perfect size to make Salmon for my husband and I. It fits into toaster/compact ovens. It's also the perfect size to roast my sweet potatoes and asparagus and I've also roasted Brussel sprouts. I just handwash in soapy water to clean.

I love this little sheet pan! It's about the size of one that you would use inside a toaster oven, yet it goes in the regular oven. I'm able to fit it in the oven next to a casserole dish.
