The directions are no help whatsoever. It just shows you a picture of the desk basically put together. First try i put it together wrog. the bar ended up in the front. Other than that the desk is very sturdy heavy and stylish. Great buy from Walmart

The bar at the bottom cannot be installed due to the positions of the holes for installation which are on the wrong side, we still kept it since its a minor design flaw, otherwise the desk is nice for its price.

The desk is nice and sturdy but the directions were backwards.. The desk was damaged with knicks and cracks when i opened it. Also the bar across the bottom of the base is very flimsy and will break easily. I didn't return because I am badly in need of a desk and it took almost a month to receive.
