We bought this for our camper. We always cook outside but do not have an outdoor kitchen. We love it. Set it on my prep table next to our black stone and it keeps my sauces warm or cooks our oatmeal with out having to run in and out of the camper. Takes up very little storage space

I'm using this hot plate for water bath canning. I found quickly that I had to use a hot water pot to boil water for the canner. Otherwise the water would never boil. It works perfectly doing this! !!!!
