Absolutely LOVE this griddle. It can cover two burners on my stovetop and is extremely good quality cast iron. It cooks easily on either side but I prefer the raised side as it makes grill marks on the meat quite well and makes the food more attractive. I would give this grill a 9 star rating out...

I like where I can use both sides when I use it on my pellet smoker, as good as advertised.
