This is a good sized roasting pan and would be great for a turkey, chicken(s) and even vegetables. The non-stick surface is great if you hate scrubbing or soaking pans in order to get them clean. Shallow enough to store easily but also deep enough to not have juice run over while cooking.

I love cooking in roasting pans because we have a big family and everything is made in bulk. Not only is this great for turkey and chickens, the rack is easy to clean and perfect. It ia a great pan for large lasagna and other casserole dishes we make. It is good quality and well worth it.
