I used the knife on a baguette that I was cutting for a bread bowl. I had to use minimal effort to get the knife to slice the tough exterior and it was as smooth as butter. I love this knife!

This is a very useful tool for your kitchen. When you need a bread knife - that's the best! Although bread mostly comes already sliced and I did not used this knife a lot, but when I had to slice the bread - this knife served the purpose perfectly! And it would last me forever! Thank you.
