We were kind of skeptical about buying a matress from Wal-Mart in a box, but boy did it exceed out expectations. Its firm, but not hard. Soft but not sinking! This matress cradles you and you drift to dreamland and will be late everyday because you will not want to get out of bed!

Super fast shipping! We unrolled the mattress and allowed it to expand a few days. There was no smell at all. I would say it's plush for sure and very comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for.
