Delivery was changed by five days one chair had a piece of wood missing which made the back disconnect appears that wood under the covering may be in adequate time will tell although chairs are very comfortable For the price I recommend trying them

The chair is comfortable and has been great since my surgery. There was a shipping delay and when i recieved the chair there was a rip on the footrest. I had tried to find out how to get a replacement but didn't get any answers. Aside from that it is a great chair.

I purchased this chair and it came with a factory defect. The handle to let the footrest up was sticking out and not working. But on the up side they did make it right and refund my money.
