The zippered cover is very nice and soft however, the memory foam smells so bad like a chemical smell, I have been "airing-it-out" for several days and although its not as strong smelling as it was when I got I cannot sleep on it because of the lingering order this foam has. If it doesn't disap...

I love the size and shape of this pillow. I'm a side sleeper and I use it this to rest my top arm on. I wish it was more firm, though. The material/handling tags on the pillowcase are awful. They're huge and they'll cut into you. You can't cut the stitching to remove them, because they're stitch...
