Very comfortable with memory foam and multiple layers of padded support. The bearings in the chair legs and the seat swivel are smooth and quiet. The padded area for the neck and head could be better but still not bad if you need to lean back.

Love this chair! I work at home and am in it for 8+ hours a day. I have bought many other chairs and they all aggravated my lower back issues. This one is comfortable all day.

The chair itself is nice, but my husband is 5'7” and his feet do not rest comfortably on the floor. I am 5'1.75” and my feet dangle.
