I just wanted to write and tell you how much I appreciate how quickly you sent my hand muff. I have a hard time putting on gloves, but this is so easy for me to just put my hands in and feel the nice heat. it lasts a long time and the battery is easy to take out and charge. Thank you very much.

I have purchased 3 of these. We are all happy with how the muff can warn numb fingers in 60 seconds. The larger 5000ma battery will last 5 hours in high

Very good quality materials, but the highest heat setting isn't as warm as expected.

I like to knit at my kid's games but find it difficult when it's cold outside, so I bought this item to warm up my hands and fingers without having to put on and take off gloves. The heat panel is HUGE and heats up very quickly. Sometimes I just leave my hands inside and forget to knit!
