It's cashews and ginger and delicious! Easy to make when you are short on time or not feeling well. I always have one in the cabinet. It's good to stock up when you find a sale. Compared to my homemade It's almost as good, but when I don't have time to cook It's even better lol

I love this soup! It's a great base for some yummy homemade creations. Add veggies, spices, sausage, whatever you have on hand and boil it all together and end up with something delicious! I always keep a few boxes in my pantry for a quick and easy meal.
