I love the healthy taste of this cereal. With oats and multi-grains, it packs a punch for your morning. I also love the fact that it is low in sugars and high in fiber as well as ala Omega-3. Great for one's health and a great way to start your morning.

A few years ago I ate this product regularly. It disappeared from the shelves. I'm extremely pleased to find this again. It has a low sugar content (at least not perceivable), a very pleasant mild flavor, accepts things like nuts or fruit well and lacks the "grittiness" of many high fiber cereals...
