This runner is perfect for my needs. I place these runners throughout my house on wood doors to give my dogs the needed traction. For the most part, the corners do not permanently roll up. I love the gray color. Easy to clean in my washer and hang dry. Well worth the money.

Love! Always have problems with corners of rugs and these are no problem and they don't bunch up when vacuuming - I bought a grey one and then bought three more. Two are at doorways and two are in kitchen, came fast but from fed ex which sucks but fortunately plastic packaged well.
