If you don't like spicy food then you won't like these, but if you don't mind it, then you will love these. I don't think they are very hot, but my mother says they have some kick. They are very addicting and the kick is the best part. I don't care for pumpkin seeds but know they are good for you...

Eden Organic Spicy Pumpkin seeds add "zing" to salads of all types and a crunchy topping to baked casseroles. I love just snacking on them by themselves or with nuts. I know they are higher quality being organically grown. Will definitely be keeping these on order.
