It is working fine so far - my only issue is the little oblong selection options are hard to read on the bottom even When they light up. Options are Bagel, Defrost, Reheat & Cancel

I like the features and the look, however toasting is not even. I have to do it in steps to get even browning... Needs some more design improvement.

We bought this to replace the exact same model we had for years. Unfortunately this new model seems sub par. It has a weak pop up and does not toast evenly.
