Be ready to replace this part on a yearly if not more often basis. We have had the Maytag Bravo for 5 yrs now and have replaced this part every year. This newest time being 3 months after the part was replaced in Nov 2019. Poor design by the manufacturer. The metal just strips plastic.

Part is definitely original whirlpool part. Feels heavier than aftermarket part i tried previously. Hopefully it lasts longer than the aftermarket.

Delivered before scheduled. Part does fit and it is working. Hopefully it does last. What concerns me is the design of this washer transmission steel shaft to a plastic hub.
