A very good rapid toaster. Should have bought the long slim one that toasts longer slices, but can toast them twice in this one. Would like to see the toast commands on the toaster's front rather than the side, but it's still just fine. Is a quality toaster. Roz

Unfortunately, the toaster only toast one side of the bread. The reason why I bought this toaster was because it had good reviews. Maybe I just got a bad one.

Rapid toaster simply does not toast. You need to push down twice to get a nice piece of toast. I do not recommend.

yes it's faster than regular toster but the roast degree is very different on each side of the slide. One is barely yellow and the other one is nearly black and it's like that on every toast I made. Does not toast evenly. Need to rotate items halfway through and watch it carefully as they burn quickly. None of the settings seem to be the “perfect” toast level…they either don't toast enough or burn part of the item. One side also toasts more/faster than the other.
