I was looking for a product that provided a near instant reading while maintaining accuracy. This does both. It is easy to use and has additional convenience features, such as the fold-away probe and magnetic attachment.

Love the large, easy to read display and seems to take a reading much quicker than other thermometers I have used. The prob locks back to storage without worrying about damaging it and the quick temperature reference on the back is super handy for reminder for different meats and doneness.
