This book was very helpful for references services; however they could have cut out the minute discussion of every reference resource available to man. This book is outdated immediately after it's printed. The bibs at the end of each chapter were very nice and led to much more information.

This book includes lists of reference resources with detailed descriptions about how they would be useful. This book will quickly become outdated due to the quickly changing world of databases and print resources. If you are going to hold a reference job in a library, this book will be useful.
