Connects flawlessly to Bluetooth on phone and via cable or usb dongle (included) to a laptop. No software configuration required. Very clear sound. In fact, the others in a conference call today asked that I step back a bit from the speakerphone. It was that loud and clear.

Works very easily just plugged into iPhone or laptop. Worked flawlessly and very sharp chrisp sound and mic. Ordered on Labor Day, received on Wednesday. Order on Amazon one month earlier never got any response from merchant to any of my emails. Gave up went to Walmart where I rarely shop.

I use it as a primary device in the office as welll as when I am out on construction projects.

The Jabra 510 is an excellent device! It is excellent at picking up voice from anywhere in the room, and the sound quality is excellent. I also own a 710, which is much superior to the 510 in audio quality if you are interested in playing music through the device. But for pure office related work...

Very good product but received the items without the supposed “Link 360” dongle :-(
