Lewis Trilogy: The Chessmen (Paperback)

This is the third book I've read by this author. I liked one and disliked the other and this one is in between. Mysteries are usually laid out and then put back together. Mysteries where a character prominent to the solution is hidden are not really mysteries. I think I've had enough of this author.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book as well as all the books in the trilogy. It's hard to say good bye to the island of Lewis and all the wonderful characters that we met on the island. They all seem like real people to me. Excellent plot which kept the pages turning and lots of surprises at the end. ...
