There is nothing to dislike about this little machine. I love it. Simple to assemble and simple to use. I have a Rottweiler puppy and she would go potty on the carpet. It didn't matter how I scrubbed the carpet it would still have that smell. Then I got this shampooer and all the oder is gone.
