This is a great way to add flavorful vitamins to my water. I use it to supplement my pre-workout drink as a way to drink my vitamins instead of take a pill. I have not tried the honey crisp apple flavor yet because I love the orange tangerine flavor so much.

Wow! Had this with 12 ounces of water and there is no strong sweetener taste, it’s a very subtle apple taste. But oh my goodness I had so much energy!! I love this stuff! I drink it every morning and love the cinnamon in it. I have the Honey Crisp Apple flavor and decided to order the Orange Tangerine and give it a try. I actually look forward to it every morning and I feel good knowing I'm doing something good for myself.

Taste was fine. But I failed to see that there was iron. People with Hemochromatosis need products without the iron, please. This can kill us, literally. I will give what I bought away as I will not be able to incorporate the products because of iron added.
