Bought this set for my daughter. Very easy set up. Took less than 15 minutes. Can be set up with only one person. Simply start on the floor or grass with the house structure backside facing up. Only 4 main pieces to assemble with butterfly bolts. The star snaps in along with all the stands.Bright
