These are excellent for working out. They do not slide down at the waste. 5ft 5in 165lbs and the medium fits perfect. Im not crazy about the laser cut branding at the bottom of both sides.

The MOST comfortable workout leggings I've ever worn. Perfectly tight and very high waisted. BUT they do show a little bit of sweat around the butt, but that is expected with this light blue color.

I usually wear an XL but had to get a 2XL, but I did look at the size chart so thats what I ordered. Otherwise I really like them, except a bit expensive for what you get.

I gave a 4 star rating because the waist is not stretchy enough for me. But that's only because I keep my pants up at my knees when I use the toilet.
