Soft, Nice. Not oversized, if anything undersized, which I like. Appears the SIDES have the cooling tech in them, NOT the actual full pillow....if it's in the full pillow, I can't feel it, but I can on the edges (colored part). It has a scent to it....the memory foam chemical scent. doubt it's...

Was too low for my neck. Son enjoys it though. Quality seems good.

This version of a memory foam contour pillow is too soft and flimsy to provide any neck support. I had to put a second flat polyester pillow underneath it to support my head, so it was a complete fail and waste of money. It might be fine for a child, but useless for an adult.
