The motor runs slightly too long strugling after opening or closing. It should just cease at limit switches. It is easy to install and does the job.

I love my new e-rod!! It was missing a few parts when I received it . I called the company and they quickly sent them to me. I have a big picture window with a sofa in front of it , making it impossible to open and close my curtains. Now I simply push a button!! Easy to install too!
