This is a refurbished Shark. The description doesn't say that anywhere. I bought two of these, one for myself and my husbands office. Both broke after the first use. I, like many others leaving a review believed I had just found a great sale. Very disappointed!

BEWARE!!! No where in the description does this say it is refurbished!! It arrived in a brown box, which was my first clue and then the "This is a refurbished product" sticker is on the side. I reviewed the description...No truth in advertising for this vacuum!!

Already returned because I received it scratched and clearly used , the description didn't tell that it was refurbished but actually it is , also it's not warranted, not recommend at all

It arrived broke. I had to figure away to fix it to use it. The roller will not spin. The head of vacuum is broken. Doesnt make a connection so roller will spin. Lesson learned
