very well made. if you wish to keep the non-stick surface, nonstick, for a LONG time follow the directions on use to a T.

Construction is good in every respect. The only problem is the width is 8.5" but the cooking area is only big enough for one burger or two small eggs at a time. I have another skillet the same size in width that will fry four eggs or two large burgers a time.
