The product works great. It makes excellent dried tomatoes, hot peppers, zuchini chips, etc. Too bad that when it arrived I was missing a Polyscreen Tray Insert on one of my trays. Luckily I had gone for the 9 tray version so I can still operate the machine. Easy to use and clean. No regrets.

I bought this dehydrator a few years ago (minus the timer) and my dad was borrowing it so much that I gave it to him for Christmas. I've really missed having my dehydrator around so I got myself a new one. I love this one even more because I can't over dry my food with the timer!

We are using this borrowed dehydrator for a 4-H project. We have dried fruits, vegetables, herbs and fruit leather. It has worked well for every item. The sheets for fruit leather worked well and the fruit/vegetable trays worked well. It is easy and intuitive to use.
