I thought this product was discontinued and was so glad to know it is back on the shelves. Makes for a great change from plain old pancake mixes. Too with blueberries or peaches and you have a fabulous breakfast , brunch or dinner.

Years ago this was the cake of choice. But over the years people have gotten away from it and now requires a taste for it. Very healthy.

We cannot find this product in any store in our area. I have eaten buckwheat cakes as a child with my dad, we were the only ones that would eat them. Some times we will put blueberries in the batter but most of the time we will crush up pecans.

I really enjoy the little bit of grainy-ness this product provides. Once I got used to it I've never gone back to plain old ordinary pancakes. Blueberries really add a terrific bonus.
