Not for me. Did not like some of the art and a lot of characters that are pretty much not developed. This may improve with later volumes. Definitely not dark enough for me either.

I like it. It's dark - really dark - but also pretty cute. Moving on to Vol 2 now.

This is completely amazing. It is not like other vampire stuff and it fluctuates between dark, sweet, and badass. The characters are introduced in an interesting way and after reading even more of the series I can say it just gets better and better.
