      I bought this to make Aloudas. This is a thick milk type drink, that is common in Africa and India. Not something one would try in the US. Of course the US stores do not carry it and I wanted to try this foreign food. Some of the recipes substitute gelatin, but I am very concerned about GMOs, so ...
